Cancellation terms

Free cancellation up to 60 days before arrival

You can cancel free of charge up to 60 days before your arrival date and receive a full refund.

60 to 30 days before arrival

If you cancel between 60 and 30 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.

Less than 30 days before arrival

If you cancel within 30 days of arrival, the booking is non-refundable.

🚫 No-show

In case of a no-show or early departure, the full booking amount remains payable.

💳 Payment terms

A deposit is taken at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival (as communicated at booking confirmation).

💡 Important note

As this is a private weekly holiday home, each reservation blocks the entire property. Last-minute cancellations are therefore difficult to rebook, which is reflected in this policy.
